1. Login Records:- In Call Time - 5 and half hrs/ day, for an average performer
2. Performance:- Disciplinary issues at any time before Completion of probation period

During the 7 days non-paid On Job training period, you are expected to achieve a Credit Score Point of 75 to qualify the training period.

•  On Job Training Evaluation Test – about Company Profile – 20 Credit Points

• On Job Training Assessment Test – about the courses – 20 Credit Points
• On Job Call Quality & Call Pitch Test - Daily Call Progress based on Aimatix Work Report-15 Credit Points - 80 Calls mandatory with 3 mins talktime.
• Application Closure Ability Test – 45 Credit Points
• Time management Test – 15 Credit Points

Performer will be eligible for Success - Performance Bonus of Rupees 5500 consecutive successful completion(i,e 18 application in 6 months pre employment period}.

• Laptop or smartphone and a proper headset with a good internet connection are mandatory in the probationary pre employment period.
